1. General

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) apply to any purchase of products or services made by a customer on the Solasa group SA website, www.solasa.ch (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”).

The images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contractual conditions. The information contained in the catalogs and explanatory notes is given for information purposes only and does not constitute a contractual document.

Solasa group declines all responsibility for any errors or omissions in the drawings, images or diagrams, or in the catalogs or notices.

Solasa group and its partners reserve the right to modify the GTC at any time. The version of the GTC in force at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be unilaterally modified for this order. The GTC are available in German, French and Italian. In case of discrepancies, the French version shall prevail.

All products and services offered on the Website are intended exclusively for customers whose domicile/head office is in Switzerland.

2. Field of application

Solasa Lavorent SA and its partners process your order in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale in force at the date of the order. You have the possibility to print the text of the conditions. Solasa Lavorent SA does not recognize any provisions other than those contained herein.

3. Prices

The prices indicated on the Site are in Swiss francs only. They include all taxes (VAT). All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs. Solasa Group SA and its partners reserve the right to modify their prices at any time, but the prices invoiced to the customer for the products delivered are those in force on the date of the order and which appear on the order confirmation.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The products and prices published in the online store constitute an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the resolutive condition that delivery is possible or that the price indicated (by Solasa group SA or by the Partner) is free of error.

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places the order with Solasa group SA. The receipt of the order is confirmed to the customer by an automatically generated e-mail sent to the address provided by the customer. The automatically generated order confirmation e-mail does not constitute a guarantee of availability or delivery. It only indicates to the customer that Solasa SA or the Partner has received the order and that the contract has been concluded, provided that the price indicated corresponds to the price of the items ordered and that delivery is possible.

For orders concerning products offered by a Partner, the contract is concluded directly between the Partner and the customer at the time of the order on the Site, by telephone contact or by e-mail. Solasa group SA only acts as an intermediary Solasa group SA limits its intervention in this case to the role of intermediary and service provider for the Partner, but does not itself become a contracting party to the transaction between the customer and the Partner.

5. Order

An order shall only become final once it has been accepted by Solasa SA or the Partner. The sending of the order by the customer implies acceptance of these GTC in their entirety, to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions. Solasa Group SA and/or the Partner reserve the right to refuse a customer’s order without justification.

6. Execution of the order

Solasa Lavorent SA will execute the order according to the main elements given by the customer through our Eshop. Solasa Lavorent SA will confirm the order by electronic sending. The confirmation contains the essential elements of the order. The customer must verify that the order does not contain any clerical or calculation errors and that the prices and its content are in accordance with the order. 7. Delivery

The articles are supplied within the limits of the stock available at the store of Solasa Lavorent SA and sent to the address indicated on the order. Please note that only orders placed before 16:00, Monday to Friday, will be sent the same day by A Mail. We deliver the cards in Switzerland.

8 . Shipping costs

In Switzerland: shipping costs are included in the price of our cards unless otherwise specified.

9. Terms of payment

Payment is made by means of Yellowpay from Swiss Post Finance. Yellowpay allows payment in CHF by credit card (VISA and Eurocard/Mastercard) and by postal account. All the details of the payments made through Yellowpay are secured and encrypted, and therefore, confidential.

The ordered articles are payable in advance. The goods are sent as soon as payment is received.

Customers also have the possibility to pick up their order at Solasa Lavorent SA and pay directly. Please contact us at info@lavorent.ch

10. Return of goods

For returns in case of problems, please contact Solasa Lavorent SA at info@lavorent.ch. We will consider them on a case by case basis. The customer has a period of 10 days from the receipt of the order to file his request. Solasa Lavorent SA will only accept unused material in its original packaging. In case of error on our part, Solasa Lavorent SA is responsible for the shipping costs. Any refund will be made to the customer’s account.

11. Reservation of property

The delivered articles remain the property of Solasa Lavorent SA until full payment of the amount due.

12 . Applicable law and jurisdiction

The present conditions as well as the purchases concluded through the Eshop are governed by Swiss law. The competent jurisdiction in case of dispute relating to the order is that of Geneva, Switzerland.
