Over the last few years, we’ve grown and it’s time to showcase that evolution. Groupe Lavorent is now called Solasa Group. With a new name and identity, we’re plotting a clear route for our future.

Our brands Lavorent, Maire and Wyser are the three pillars of Solasa group. They represent our areas of expertise and customer focus:
– Lavorent and Maire meet the collective laundry and household appliance needs of building owners and property managers.
– Wyser accompanies our private customers in their domestic appliance projects.

At the end of the year, Schulthess Maschinen AG took over the activities of Solasa Group and its three brands, Maire Lavorent and Wyser.

The acquisition of the company Wyser AG, based in Bern, further strengthens the position of the Lavorent Group in white goods on a national level. With the prestigious shop under the Wyser brand the Lavorent Group also aims to develop its presence in the private customer sector.

The group continues its progress in household appliances, with the takeover of the activities of Sistem Sàrl in Geneva, which also specializes in the sale of spare parts to professionnals.

The Lavorent Group confirms its presence in laundry management on university campuses and in Swiss student residences with the acquisition of the company SMSH.

In the same year, the development in German-speaking Switzerland progresses with the acquisition of Maire AG and Cleanarent in Schlieren. The group now offers sales and service of household appliances in the Zurich area.

Lavorent buys T. Menegon appareils ménagers SA, created in Vaud, 1988.

This allows Lavorent to offer services beyond the management of communal laundry rooms and to move into the area of sales and after-sales services for household appliances.

In the same year, the Lavorent group launches Salon by Lavorent. This new business segment is developed through the takeover of four self-service laundries in Geneva.

The company experiences a new stage of development by taking over the activities of the company Merkorent in Geneva. 6′ 000 machines are now under Lavorent’s management. This makes Lavorent the leader in the management of residential laundry services in Switzerland.

The group becomes part of the investment portfolio of the Geneva-based Manixer.

By outsourcing their residential laundry rooms to Lavorent, owners of residential buildings and real estate agencies benefit from an innovative turnkey service that frees them from time-consuming tasks.

The quality of our service and the speed of our interventions have been the keys to our success since the beginning of our activities. At first, our activity was concentrated on the collective laundries of the canton of Geneva, but very quickly our offer was also interesting for the real estate management of other cantons in French-speaking Switzerland.
