Qualification
Experience as a customer service technician for household appliances or a completed basic training as electrician, automation technician, polymechanic, mechatronics technician
Conscientious, honest, and accurate
PC knowledge, driver’s license cat. B
Customer-oriented and quality-conscious thinking and acting
Team player, resilient and flexible

Your tasks
Independent scheduling and completion of repair work
Processing of support cases with laptop/tablet
Support of the assembly team with deliveries and assemblies of new devices
